Extremely Fancy Paintbrushes

We love these paint pages with the water color dots. Mostly cause we have a very energetic and overly creative 2 year old! Do you ever find that you are hard up for a kid appropriate paint brush?

Enter my mommy's awesome idea! I had to share, mostly because I was jealous I hadn't thought of it first. Here I was digging through my craft box and she was already working with my daughter on these!

 

Just in case you can't tell... it's simply Q-tips cut in half.  We put clean unused ones in a paper cup and gave the kids a second paper cup to dispose of the dirty ones!  So much easier than paint brushes.  We always have Q-tips on hand! Thanks mom! You are amazing!!!!!
