- make cupcakes
- frost them with chocolate frosting
- mix some green food coloring with coconut and sprinkle them on the cupcakes as "grass"
- place some yellow starbursts (or other similar yellow taffy) in the microwave for a couple of seconds. Take it out and roll it flat. Cut it into squares, and roll little pieces to be the "rings" on the gold plates. Then arrange them on the cupcakes.
