Shabby Fabric Flower

I made several hair flowers for a friends birthday and I was trying to come up with something different.  I kinda... Shabby Flower!  This one is so easy it's ridiculous.

 I started by cutting several 2 by 2 squares of fabric.  The amount of squares will depend on how full you want the flower.  After cutting the squares I cut with straight scissors in towards the middle BUT NOT ALL THE WAY!  You don't want to cut the square into 4 complete triangles, but... almost.

Then take one square and pinch it in the middle.  Use a needle and thread to hold that  and just keep adding squares onto that! 

It will look like this when you are done!  I'm gunna have fun with this one.  I can't wait to use it on other things!
